RECIPE: Berry Cashew Smoothie Bowl with Justin's Nut Butter

With the long Summer days upon us, berry seasons are hitting! Blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and many many more will be arriving at your local market shelves with their sweet and tangy flavors. And what's a better way to enjoy these berry treats during a hot Summer day than as a cold smoothie.

Here's a recipe for a Berry Cashew Smoothie Bowl from Justin's that you can make with the Justine's nut butters in our gift baskets—Health and Wellness, Vegan and Vegetarian, and others.

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon Justin's Maple Cashew Butter

Toppings: Cashew Butter, cashews, berries granola, etc.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings.
