From Villa Tatra Smokehouse in Lyons, Colorado, we bring you a basket designed around their delicious smoked Norwegian salmon.
The premium salmon is first marinated in a salt, brown sugar, and herbs mixture then cold smoked for 8 - 10 hours with cherry and apple wood. The cold smoking process helps preserve the moisture of the fish, so it isn't dry. No preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors added! Just great ingredients and a three generation old recipe.
The basket also includes Jeff's Garden Capers, Organic Valley Cream Cheese, and bagels to make the perfect smoked salmon bagel! Fresh fruits and Big B's Apple Juices help round out this breakfast or brunch basket.
