We mix organic pears, from our partner First Fruits in Paonia, with fresh ground baking spices (nutmeg, cardamom, and clove) and organic currants. The end result is somewhere between a pear nectar and a cinnamon roll. Warm and toasty. Our Harvest Pear & Currant is saucier than the rest of our flavors, but that makes it perfect for pouring over hotcakes, mixing into oatmeal or sweetening a hot toddy or tea.
