Qualified organizations and customers with a valid tax-exemption certificate can apply for a tax-exempt account before placing an order.
New customers should create an account first. Existing customers should sign in before opening the application.
Tax-exempt status must be connected to a registered customer account. If you do not already have an account, create one before completing the application.
Create a new customer account or sign in to your existing account.
After signing in, open the tax-exempt application. Provide your organization’s legal name, exemption or license number, issuing state, phone number, certificate expiration date, and a copy of your valid tax-exemption certificate.
Our staff will review your application and certificate. Once approved, your registered customer account will be assigned tax-exempt status for qualifying purchases.
We will review the information and certificate you submit. Applications may be declined if the documentation is incomplete, expired, or does not support tax-exempt purchasing.
Once your account is approved, sign in using the same email address and customer account used for the application. Applicable sales tax will then be removed automatically from qualifying orders placed through that approved account.
Please do not place your order until approval is complete. Tax-exempt status cannot be applied automatically to an order placed under a different account or through guest checkout.
